In early March, the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre moved in the new building in Lugano-Cornaredo. This is asked for a celebration to share with the city of Lugano, the Canton Ticino and the entire Switzerland.
On Saturday September 1st, 2012 CSCS open its doors, each and everyone of you is welcome to visit the new center. The impressive pillarfree machine room and the massive infrastructure will allow CSCS to host the latest supercomputers and will take Ticino into the future of the high-performance computing.
